Returns/Cancellations:
If you decide you need to return your order, we will refund or exchange it within 7 days of the time you receive your order. It must be returned in its original condition and packaging. You must contact us and recieve a return authorization before you send back your items. Any items returned without an authorization will not be accepted. All hand finished favors are made to order and as such are not returnable or exchangeable. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you just placed, we can only do so if we have not processed the order yet. Please note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt.
Shipping:
All orders will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of your order unless otherwise noted. Customized or personalized orders will be shipped 3-5 days from receipt of you order. If item is not in stock you will be notified by email as to the status of the next available shipment date (if date is unacceptable you will receive a full refund on your order).
Shipping charges are for UPS ground and priority mail for the continental US. Shipping outside of continental US is limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
Sorry only limited International shipping is available at this time. Please contact us for your specific situation.
Payment:
We accept payment by credit card, personal check or money order. There will be a $60.00 charge on all checks returned by the bank. Order that are paid by personal check will be shipped 10 business days after receipt of check or whenever the check clears. Samples:
Samples are not available for all items. Samples which are availabe can be purchased at the listed price. Buyer must also pay shipping and handling. To order a sample, please email us at support@herbridalshower.com.
